If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Cardiology, please call your pharmacy when you have at least three days of your medication remaining. This will give your pharmacist time to refill your prescription or to call our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy could delay the refill process.
Our office cannot help with medications prescribed by providers at other offices. Please contact those offices with questions about other medications. Our office does not handle refill requests from pharmacies after office hours or on weekends, so please plan accordingly.
If you are having difficulty taking your medication, or if you are experiencing any unusual or troubling side effects, let your pharmacist and our office know.
